A proportional share of the realised profit on sale, plus complete transparency throughout — milestone updates, photos, expense reporting and live status in your portal.
Funds are project-ring-fenced, properties are held with clear title, and we model conservative exits with built-in contingency. We invest our own capital alongside yours.
